Mission and Evangelism The mission and evangelism committee organizes evangelistic training and prayer meetings for our members and evangelistic events for members to invite their friends along to. They are oversee our outreach work among the Orang Asli. Mission teams from St. Mary’s support the work in Perak and Pahang.
Alpha and Christianity Explored We run both the Alpha course and Christianity Explored at different times of the year. These courses are helpful in communicating the Christian faith.
Prayer and Praise The Prayer and Praise ministry meets on Wednesday nights at the cathedral at 7:30pm. There is usually about half an hour of singing followed by a talk by a guest speaker. The speaker usually prays with those who come forward after the talk. It caters for those who prefer a more ’charismatic’ style of meeting.
Spirituality and Prayer Our Spirituality and Prayer group meets monthly on a Friday night. It is contemplative in nature. It also arranges retreats and quiet days from time to time.
Prayer Meetings The cathedral prayer meeting is at noon on the first Friday of each month. We also have a prayer meeting on Wednesday mornings twice a month. There are more cathedral ministries — click here to continue
